ORDERING INFORMATION and TERMS of PAYMENT
The prices mentioned on our website are in Euro.

Orders will be filled on a first come-first served basis.  All shells are sent on approval in the sense that any shell may be returned within 10 days for credit or refund if not satisfactory.  

Minimum order is 20 Euro.  Orders will be invoiced with actual postage costs including airmail registration.  Orders should be paid within 20 days of receipt. 

For orders over 100 Euro, postage is on our account

For orders over 300 Euro, 50% will be demanded in advance, only for new customers.
 

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment can be through the bank (ask for details) in Dollar or Euro, by international postal order or by Western Union Money transfer.

Please note that the bank will not accept cheques below 100 Euro as then bank charges are too high.  If you would plan to order more from us in the future, we can offer you an open account and then you just pay when the total is higher than 100 Euro

Please do not send cash, as recently many registered letters containing cash got "lost" in the post.
 

WANT LIST + LISTINGS
As we receive new shells almost daily, you can ask us to put you on our mailing list.  Then you will receive regular listings by e-mail including many new arrivals which are not figured on this website.

If you require a picture of a special shell, please do not hesitate to ask, we have a digital camera and can mail one to you.  For organisational reasons we can only provide this service for shells over 50 Euro

We have complete listings of all families, so if you tell us your favourite families, we can send you a listing of only these.
 

GRADING SYSTEM AND DATA
Our service is very fast and the shells will be delivered with full data and the best quality available.  Shells are graded by modified HMS-ISGS system.
