This is not a list you wish your name to be on. To avoid this list, simple pay your bills.
If your name is listed below, it means you've have either ordered shells or were the highest bidder in an auction, but have made not attempt to pay your bill or to make arrangements for payment in months despite all the reminders.
The intent of this list is to provide one last opportunity to contact an individual and to collect payment.
This is not a question of a misunderstanding, or just being late. It means that you owe money, and for some reason you have ignored all emails and/or letters sent to you for months.
